How do I get in?
To be apart of the STP, everyone must audition. Auditions will happen at the beginning of the summer. Each individual who comes by to audition will be notified within 2 days of their acceptance. Rehearsals will start immediately after that time.
**Audition Date is July 10, 2010.
Everyone must arrive by 2 pm and stay until 4 pm.
Choreography will be taught at the audition to determine your spot.
Location: 700 Dundas Street East (Mississauga)
Is there a fee?
Yes, this is a training program and just like any other training program there is a small and very reasonable fee of $250. This fee covers all of the training from our start date until the show. Training includes rehearsals that will happen twice a week.
**Payment plans can be negotiated to help out families or individuals in need. Ex. Paying for university on your own, etc**
When is the show?
The show is expected to happen in August or September 2010. The show will be on a weekend and will happen in either Toronto or Mississauga at one of the theatres in the city. All are welcome to come to the show and the ticket prices are always reasonable based on each theatre.
What style of dance is included in the STP?
Over the last few years, "Dance with KB" has extended its training so that there is not only Hip Hop but also an influence of Jazz and Contemporary styles of dance. This means that you get even more out of our program then you did before. And with a staff of choreographers willing to teach and pass their knowledge on to you, this means that we make you a stronger dance individual.
How does this help my portfolio or dance resume?
Being apart of any club, group, crew or association is always a great thing to have on a resume or portfolio. With the STP it shows that you are committed from start to finish and that you can work with others while taking proper instruction from various choreographers.

What else is there?
One of the great things about the STP this upcoming season is that there are more choreographers who will be teaching. With that said, everyone who is a part of the STP will get a chance to participate in other functions and companies associated with GNS Dance.
